edit: HA! New layout. :] I still have to work on the content, but yeah. Done!
I can’t believe how unmotivated I’ve been about all this. You’d think that since I have nothing else, really, to occupy my time I’d be more into working on site stuff, but it’s proving to be my downfall. I’m usually too lazy to do anything other than, well, laze around. xD
I’m not as bad a couch potato as before, though. My kuya got a Nintendo Wii earlier this week, which has been the center of everyone’s attention. I’m in love with tennis in Wii Sports (heh, easier to swing around a Wii-mote like in badminton than a heavy tennis racket), though I really suck at bowling. Mario Party 8 is fun, but I’ve found that I’m really horrible with any minigame that involves steering. -___-;; I wonder how things will turn out when I get to learn how to drive…
A couple of days ago, my dad directed my attention to my laptop’s disappearing hard drive space. I miraculously managed to jump from using only 35GB of my 120GB hard drive (which is technically just 111GB) to 108GB in a month. Crazy much? I deleted a bunch of files in an effort to make space, but thankfully my dad saved the day and bought a 250GB external hard drive where I can keep all my crap in. So now, I’m only using 49GB 36GB, hoorah!
It’s still 80 days away, but I’ll be seeing Incubus for the second time this year!! I’m quite excited. Even though I am clearly lacking in the exclamation points and hearts and smiley faces, I’m beyond myself with glee about the whole thing. I managed to get me and my brothers orchestra seats for the 8/30 show at the Ford Amphitheatre. <33 I still don’t know how I’m going to get back to Gainesville afterwards, which is 3 hours away from Tampa, but I don’t really care right now. Even if I have a 9:35 class the next day, because Incubus > school. xD Which reminds me… I need to get my hands on a copy of From the Murks of the Sultry Abyss somehow…
On a completely unrelated note, I really really want some sugar-free strawberry Jell-O right now. :/ My mom bought an 18-pack box from Sam’s during the weekend, and now they’re all gone, poo. I could seriously live off of those things. And sushi. Mmmm.
Well, I’m due for some serious shut-eye *points to the time posted below*. Later. (:

Yikes. How did you use that much memory in only one month?!
I;m not a video game person, really, AT ALL, but I kinda want a wii. It just looks so much fun!

I’m officially jealous. You’ve seen Incubus and you’re seeing them… again? Boooooo. For me :(
OH I use that much memory too. Hahaha.
Pernille said on Jun 12, 2007 at 7:06 am:
Hehe, I used so much space on my hard drive that I couldn’t open photoshop. But I got a new hard drive, like you x)
Well, thanks! I’m not a good photographer either, but sometimes, when in luck, I get some good shots :)
Briana said on Jun 12, 2007 at 10:14 am:
I’m not even sure how much space I’m using. I’ve had to erase everything off of my hard drive a couple of times, but eh.
I like video games, but I’ve never played Wii before. I kind of want to, actually. Good luck with the lazing around.

I am still a couch potato. I can’t seem to get out of the habit, alas. I too use way too much room on my laptop. I have an external hard drive, and you reminded me that I should probably update it, lol. Yay for concerts!

Heyy thanks for commenting! Yumm strawberry jell-o is making me hungry hehe. i love jell-o. :P
- Aww i wish I had a Wii! It sounds fun!

Wii is extremely fun and cool. Theres so many good games out/coming out on it. I want one.
Deleting stuff sucks especially if you have gb’s of it and it takes forever. I think I have to clean out my hard drive myself.
Sleeper said on Jun 13, 2007 at 6:27 pm:
Wow 108GB! I don’t have a big hard-drive but I am currently using about ½ of it. Mostly because of few big game softwares and music. Ode to external hard drives! My brother has one. I should get one aswell before I run out of space :)

Everyone has been talking about the Nintendo Wii. I’m thinking about buying one myself. I used to be a HUGE gamer, but times have changed *sigh*.
I have a laptop with 60gb on it and a desktop with 260gb of space. I don’t use much space on my desktop but my space on my laptop is slowly diminishing. I’ll be buying what they call an “Enclosure” for a harddrive on my desktop to make it an external, for my laptop. I guess that’s a whole lot cheaper and convenient than just going out to buy a brand new external when I can use the hard drive from my desktop, that I’m not currently using.
Lyan said on Jun 14, 2007 at 7:05 am:
Ooh, that reminds me. I have got to clean out my hard drive cause it’s booming. lol.
Living on Jell-O & sushi sounds like a fun idea. Invite me when you decide to do it. lol.
ayiene said on Jun 15, 2007 at 6:34 am:
wow, incubus for the second time? that’s great.
I also want a Jell-O right now. nyahaha. :) tc.
Krisha said on Jun 15, 2007 at 7:06 am:
I envy you for having an external drive. My friend has one too and I’m really interested on having one. Kaya lang I don’t have much resources. haha! :D

I know the feeling of being unmotivated!
Wow you must have a lot of stuff on your computer! I’m currently using 44GB…could be better lol
Woo Incubus! I like a couple of their songs I think.
4:40am? Surprised you haven’t fallen asleep on your keyboard :)

Elyse said on Jun 15, 2007 at 10:44 am:
Whoa, that’s a pretty late-night (or should I say early morning?) post. Then again, I usually stay up really late when I’m on break from school too :D I always tell myself I’ll catch up on homework/studies/projects during holidays, but never seem to get around to it. There’s always something more worthwhile doing during hols, like sleeping and TV!
Pam said on Jun 15, 2007 at 1:09 pm:
Hi and thanks for the comment :) your layout is love too! I love the colors!
I want to get my hands on that Wii someday. hahaha. My own Wii that is. Mario Parrty is love! Whoa… that much space in a month?! What are you exactly doing with the space? lol.
Uhmmm…. Jell-O! Yummy! :D
Megan said on Jun 15, 2007 at 5:02 pm:
I hate video games (and I really suck at them too), but I kind of want a Wii. It sounds fun (it doesn’t involve sitting around and pressing buttons :P)!
I have way too much music that takes up most of the space on my laptop, and I’m constantly having to transfer other junk to an external hard drive to make room for it. Sigh, lol.
Have fun at the Incubus concert :)
Carmen said on Jun 16, 2007 at 8:06 am:
Woah, I adore the layout! The colours are AMAZING, you’ve done a fantastic job!! Hehe, Wiis are a lot of fun :) Really addictive, and hurrah for external hard drive! I think I need one of them, my internal one is almost full =/ Hurrah for Incubus concert :) even though it’s 80 days away.. I know how exciting it feels though, there’s ll weeks and 5 days til I go see Snow Patrol :)

i, too have lots of crap here in my pc which i think causes all the hanging-ups and slowing downs whenever i use it. that’s so generous of your dad to give you that external drive. :)
you will see incubus again? wow! i wish i live there so i could see them as often as i can. teehee! i think the only time they wil come back here in Manila is when they’re all old and gray already. *sigh* (brandon’s not cute anymore!!) just like the Beegees and all those popular musical artists. and i want that book too! are they only selling it online cuz i asked my sister who lives there to find me one but she said she cant. ^_^
btw, cool layout! and yeah, jell-o’s are luv! take care!
Sarah said on Jun 17, 2007 at 8:40 pm:
You have a gorgeous layout. I absolutely love the colours you’ve used.
I have so much free time on my hands this summer, and yet I’ve hardly done anything. Don’t even mention updating sites x_x I say yay for lazy people :P
My partner got a Wii a few months ago. I’m really good at the golf and tennis games, but I sucked at bowling too…
Sushi is yummy. :3
Alena said on Jun 18, 2007 at 9:01 am:

haha I’m a complete update whore for my site. It’s really terrible. I updated like everyday haha. Such a shame. But the Wii sounds nice. I’ve never really had one or played one so I don’t know how to work them. I don’t know how much hard drive space I’m using. I’d better check lmao.
Christa said on Jun 20, 2007 at 12:12 am:
I love the layout. The colors are so great. I’m going through an unmotivated period myself, well as far as my domain goes. I have to finish getting my poetry section finished…but that’s not happening. lol. I love video games, but I’m still not sure if I’d like the Wii. Wow, I don’t even use that much in either of my computers. lol. I do need an external hard drive just for all of my photography, but getting one is on hold until after vacations and getting loans for school. I hope you enjoy the show.

There’s a MARIO PARTY 8?! Oh my god. Me and my mates play Mario Party 2 on Nintendo 64 on a regular basis, we’ve been considering investing to Mario Party 3 haha, I’ve gotta upgrade the 64 though I think. I can’t believe they’re already up to 8. Now I want a wii. Great.
Dee said on Jun 20, 2007 at 10:29 pm:
Ooh what an awesome layout! you remind me that I definitely need to clean out/back up my pc. the space is steadily decreasing!
lol have fun at the concert (though I suggest bypassing your excitement to make sure you have a way home! I’ve done that before, not fun). :D
Skye said on Jun 21, 2007 at 10:00 am:
Wii is really addicting. But beware, you might end up with a broken TV lol
Enjoy the concert. I only like the old Incubus songs. The present ones a=doesn’t suit my tastes.
vicki said on Jun 22, 2007 at 3:40 am:
Sushi - YUMM. I love the bright colors of this layout, it doesn’t blind me. It sounds like you’re having fun out of the couch with Wii, for me, I’m a bed potato.
Amanda said on Jun 22, 2007 at 4:50 am:
woahh, what tennis racquets have you been using if you think they’re heavy?! I haven’t yet tried a Nintendo Wii but my mum has (how weird is that?!) and likes it… although she refuses to buy one as she thinks we’ll get too bored with it too easily. Mehh.
aaaaand i’m SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO JEALOUS/ENVIOUS of you that you’re seeing Incubus, not to mention for the SECOND time! :’(
lovin’ the theme, btw.
Brenda said on Jun 22, 2007 at 9:51 pm:
