First off, I’d like to thank everybody who offered advice about the UF/USF predicament I was in. Apparently, the only difference if I attend the Honors Program is that I have these additional courses I have to take that’s reserved specifically for us–I would still be taking the regular courses at USF, and since the quality of the education there compared to UF sucks, UF it is. I am finally set in this decision, and I couldn’t be more happier and more relieved about it. :P
Which reminds me that Preview, orientation at UF, is next week. Gah, I’m excited to finally see my university (yes, I haven’t even visited it… xD) and all that. ^^
So anyhoo… New layout!! This thing was a complete bitch to code and to make into a layout, so yeah, it may stay up for months… Lol. Features Anthony Rapp ♥, if you couldn’t tell. xD This one took about 2 days of figuring out how to turn into a layout (original) and at least 6 hours of coding, heh, and I thank Oriana loads for helping me with the process, as well as Corvy for her suggestions.
Haha, everyone at home has gotten tired of me watching Rent all the time. xD I can’t help but watch it, though, it’s so pretty and wonderful and emotional and shiny! ♥ But hey–if my dad would just let me ‘borrow’ the DVD player and put it in my room, they wouldn’t have to get annoyed at me watching it all the time. :P I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of watching Rent, though. :)
I called Linens-N-Things today. It was awful. Have I mentioned how much I hate making phone calls? Especially when I’m being made to be confrontational or something like it? Bah. My hands were shaking the entire time–I was that nervous (their intermission music sucks, btw). And then they told me I have to call back tomorrow because the hiring manager wasn’t in, so yeah, I pretty much wanted to hurt someone right then and there. xD Phones. *shakes head*
I don’t really think I’m going to get that job, though. :/ Which sucks since I seriously have to find a way to come up with $1500 by the time I move to Gainesville. Stupid award gap. I may just go apply at a Publix, no matter how horrible my friends say it is, just so I get all my college costs covered. *siiigh* All these college stuff makes me wish that I was back in the Philippines. :(

Kudos to you and the new layout! I’ve never seen green and red work so well before.. usually I’d vomit at such a colour scheme, but hell, it works here hahaha. And yayness on your set decision for your university! Sounds so exciting! My friend still hasn’t given me back my copy of Rent yet :( I’m getting sad haha - your making me jealous! Aww, sorry to hear about Linens-N-Things… that completely sucks. Then they make all the pupils pay for it … and they said that it was a “gift” from the teacers to the pupils because we were in our last semester and we were leaving the school etc etc. Gosh I can’t stand my teachers, I cant stand my classmates either. That’s why I didn’t go. I just don’t like my classmates and I don’tlike the atmosphere. I hate formal attires as well lol :P

oh yeah the reason why i didnt get to go to DLSU or UST instead of MDC is cuz i arrived here last may .. when the entrance exams were late last year and early this year .. i didnt get to go back early this year since my school didnt issue my good moral conduct thing till march so meh .. oh well MDC is good cuz its one of the 3 recognized philippine colleges (along with dlsu & some other pangasinan uni) in australia. cant wait to go back :D

ooh this layout is nice! I always love your blends and things. :) Coding can be tedious but when you finally get it how you want it, you love the layout even more. I too get jittery when having to make phone calls like that. I avoid it unless its completely unavoidable. well IF by chance you don’t get the job, then you’ll just have to do what is necessary, seeing as it can be temporary. (once you get the money you can just leave and work somewhere else). Take care !
