Just came back from Puerto Galera after being stranded there an extra two days. *rasmfasm* Let me recap:

Well, we went to Batangas on Saturday afternoon to stay at the village of the company my mom works in. See, Cocochem (the company), has a head office in Manila and a plant in Batangas. Some who work at the plant in Batangas were given a house in the Cocochem village, and we spent the night in two of the guesthouses there. There was… about 29 of us altogether there, I think. :D

Anyways, the next morning, we then proceeded to the pier to board a boat and go off to Puerto Galera. The boat arrived at noon, and we arrived at our beach destination at 1:30PM, I think. After settling in to our rooms, we then scrambled to the beach to swim and stuff. The water was so clear, it was beautiful. Me and my little brother went diving for prettyful rocks and stuff. I also got to see lots of small fish, and a slightly bigger one, with black and white stripes. ^^ It was fun. And it was a Sunday, which meant a lot of the people there would be going home the same day because of work. And the beach would be ours! *insert evil sadistic laugh here* MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

The going-home-of-other-visitors part and having-the-beach-to-ourselves bit was pretty worthless, though. Why? Well, come Monday morning, it was signal #1 in Puerto Galera, which meant really strong winds and really crazy humongous waves. We tried “conquering” the waves, which resulted in most of us having lots of bruises on our body. See, with the huge waves came strong undertows, and whenever the waves crashed to the shore, and it was so strong, our feet would get sucked by the undertow we would get crashed by the waves on to the stony part of the shore. Thus resulting in our aching bodies. And whenever one tries to go far to avoid the crashing waves, the undertow again supported the humongo-problem of being crashed against the stones because it’d take us like we were part of the wave and crash us. Damn, that hurt so much. ‘Tis murder, I tell you, murder! ;) Because of the storm, not one boat could take us back to Batangas, so we had to stay two extra nights until there was actually a boat that could take us all back.

Our last swim there got to be really fun, though. We finally managed to “conquer” the waves, as I like to call it, and avoid being crashed against the stones. It was really fun how we would “jump” over these really huge waves that we were so scared of just the day before. Hehe. And after that, all of us (most of us there were kids) just sat on the shore (a safe distance from the waters, I might add) in a line, watching the sun set and enjoying that peaceful feeling. It was nice. And the colors of the sky were really beautiful, too. *sigh*

It wasn’t exactly the greatest beach-trip ever, but it was fun nonetheless. We haven’t had a reunion like this in almost two years, so it was nice. I just wish our other cousins, who couldn’t go because of the swelling of their dad’s foot, were there. It would’ve been so much better with them, and they’re the ones we hardly get to see. :( Oh well. ^^ I must add that I hate the fact that most of the stuff they sold there was overpriced. It was irritating. For example, a small bottle of Coke would go for about P8 here in Manila, but there, it was a whopping P15. And a 1.5 liter of Coke would normally be about P30, but there, it was P50. Stupid ass. And to think I’m used to living on Coke! *rasmfasm*

My parents are going to Bangkok tomorrow. *sigh* Must get money for a movie marathon for myself. I need new movies! :P

Hey, if you have David Letterman, I suggest you watch. The same day that Kiefer Sutherland will gueststar, Incubus will perform. ;)

That sounds like much fun. I want to go to a beach. Ga. And even if you were trapped there, its still a fun story to tell. Sometimes I wish I’d get lost while driving just because it’d be interesting. Lol, I’m odd, yes, I know.

Oo nga no.. hmm, ang labo. Anyway, that was only about PoA. PoA is gonna start June 2nd since movies always start Wednesdays for us. They had to adjust it a little bit. (Thank God they moved it in an earlier date instead of a later! ^_^) Btw, there’s The OC later! Hehe.
