cherries are yum

Florida is whacked out! Do you guys know what time the sun goes down here?! 8:30 PM. Oh my goodness, it’s so funny. XD Please forgive my stupidity on this whole thing as I come from a country where the sun sets at 6PM. Kthx. *shakes head* Anyways, we arrived here at noon, and I just love it ’cause it’s rainy here. Hee, I just love the rain. :D On the way to Clearwater, there’s this highway (or freeway, not so sure) between two bodies of water: on the right is a lake and on the left is the sea. Ubercool. XD

Too bad my dad isn’t here to see it, though. *sigh* He went back to the Philippines because my grandfather is dying, much sadness. I just wish I was there to see my grandfather one last time (read my LJ)…

I’m so mad at myself I just want to slap me silly. :P Me buying CDs is like a sickness now, it’s so annoying. It’s like everytime I see CDs, I just have to buy one. Blegh. Sooo, I spent another $20 on the Matchbook Romance cd and the new Motion City Soundtrack one. Some MBR songs remind me of Taking Back Sunday, All-American Rejects, and Oasis, it’s crazy. XD And I just love the MCS one so I went ahead and got myself a new email address: makeoutkid@gmail.com, hee. Don’t know what I’ll use it for, though, as I already have 5 other email ads, but whatever. :P Hehehehe.

Blegh. Left behind an unfinished vexel of a hand holding a bunch of flowers in my uncle’s PC back in Hawaii. :/ Spent about 3 hours on the hands, I think. XD I was supposed to store my PSDs in my Gmail accounts, but eh, my brother “needed time on his *rolls eyes* PC” so I couldn’t do it. Pffffffffffft. Maybe I can get it when I visit, 329841238y63971640 years later. Lol.

Don’t know what else to say, so I’m off to go eat cherries now (hence the title, haha). ^^

P.S. Can anyone direct me to a plugger hack for WP? The only one I could find was the one that plugs the commenters of the current post and not the previous one, so I didn’t install it. :-| Need help. XD

    hehe, in swissie-land, in summers, the sun wouldnt set until about 7-9 pm as well. XD bad trip lang on winters kasi you can only see the sun for a significantly shorter period of time ;_____;

LMAO. Yes dear, the sun goes down late. That’s what happens when you’ve got daylight savings. ^^;; But yeah, it confusing when you’re from daylight savings free Philippines. It throws me off too, but I’m used to it now….

The sun also rises fairly early. Last I checked, it was up-ish by 530. XD

i didn’t mean to say that GC was rock. i am fully aware that they’re pop and/or fauxpunk…i just meant to say that their music is so ‘wannabe’ rock that it’s *almost* rock…well, anyway, yeah i used to like them in their ‘young and hopeless’ days but now they’re all inspirational and ‘hold on-ish’… oh yeah…sorry about your granpa…i know how you feel. :(

Yeah! We’re used to being on this side of the world where the sun goes down way later! LOL I love the sun going down later than earlier. I like to have sunlight out until like 9 PM or later.

Glad to see you blogging, as usual.

I’m still not used to your LJ. I thought I’d read someone talking about their grandfather in their LJ, but I wasn’t sure who it was, so I didn’t comment. I did a friends cut to AVOID not reading people whose LJs I really want to read, but apparently I didn’t cut enough. I need to start visiting your LJ separately.

CD-buying is addictive. You will go broke :-P

Hey, your link to me on your sidebar still goes to my old URL. Hope to hear from you soon! xx

I love cherries too. Now I want to eat some :) I was addicted to buying dvds, but now I am addicted to buying books. It’s surprising how buying one or two cds here or there, some adds up. Sales make things worse too, as then you must buy one. It is a sickness :)

Here we’ve got daylight saving time so it doesn’t get dark until about 9:30…I like for it to get dark earlier. I hate that daylight’s savings crap.

Florida should be just like Texas. It doesn’t get dark here until 8:30 either. It’s because of daylights savings time - we springed forward. In the fall, we’ll fall back, and it won’t be so bad because it’ll be dark by around 7:30. LOL.

LOL….yeah it’s kind of weird how the sun sets so late. I like it though because you can be outside longer. Right now here, the sun usually begins to set a bit past 9. I used to hate it when I was younger because I was trying to sleep then lol.
Yes, buying CDs is an addiction. A costly one lol, but it’s worth it. I suffer from that addiction as well.
I’m sorry you can’t see your grandpa once more. I’ll keep him in my thoughts.
