Am currently in Waipahu here in Honolulu, HI. We left the Phils on May 23 at 10:55 PM and arrived here in Honolulu on May 23 at 5:30 PM. We time traveled, heck yeah. XD Thanks muchly to everyone’s well-wishes on a safe trip. :D
So far, am loving Hawaii very much. In the 1 week and 3 days that we’ve been here, almost every day was spent out of the house, and we’ve been attending parties and barbecues non-stop. Fun fun. :D It’s weird as it actually feels like we’re still in the Philippines because of all the relatives we have here. We feel so comfy here it’s like home already. Love love. :) It just sucks that we leave in July for Florida because now, I don’t want to leave Hawaii. I love all of our relatives here already because they’re all so nice and accomodating to us. Heck, they don’t want us to leave either, but ah well, we have much better options in Florida, so go there we must, I guess. *sigh*
So far, we’ve been to Ko Olina, these 4 man-made lagoons that you get to see from the airplane (say, if you’re from Guam or somewhere to the west of the island) once you see the island. Very very beautiful. ^^ We’ve also been to Waikiki Beach at the only time that it’s not filled with people: at night. Lol. We’ve also gone to Ala Moana Center, which is so gorgeous, being open and all that, and a bunch of Macy’s and Sears stores. My fave would have to be Circuit City, however, and all of their CDs and DVDs. Droolworthy. :D
My cousin leaves for Oklahoma tomorrow. Much sadness as AJ and Adonis, her sons, will be gone as well (obviously). They’re pretty much the light of everyone’s life here because we all love taking care of the two of them. Adonis is less than 6 months old, so he’s always in their room, but AJ’s so energetic and playful and all that stuff, so it’s always an event to watch after him. And he’s quite a handful, so yeah. ;) AJ’s so adorable: he pronounces Barney as Bobby, Elmo as Ohmo, please as pris, and thank you as didu. *squee* And boy does he just love Elmo. ;) He has this Elmo stuffed toy that’s as big as him and would immediately scream out Ohmo whenever he sees Elmo somewhere. Eeeeeeeeee. I’m going to hate not having to watch him and play with him and stuff. :cry:
Got to watch the season finale of One Tree Hill. Eeeeeeeeeeeee much on the whole Brooke/Lucas thing, I hope Jake comes back and reunites with Peyton, and I do seriously hope that Dan’s the one who does not return on the next season. *stabs Dan* BURN TO DEATH YOU A-HOLE. *evil cackle* Yes, I hate him with a passion, lmao. :D
Ok, will now try to return everyone’s comments within the week or whatever (please bear with me) as my uncle only has AOL (as of now anyways, hehe), I can’t install Mozilla (I dislike IE, my uncle’s PC has a very low memory, and I’m only allowed to open up 2 browsers or else the PC will freeze), and I can’t exactly be online for 4 straight hours like what I do back in the Phils, so yeah. ^^ Thanks for them all. :)

I’m glad you’re enjoying ur time in Hawaii, it is sad that you have to leave again to Florida, but it’s not like you’ll be far away, so you have much better option then before to visit your family again.
Oh btw, Lost is not finished here yet. We’re only half way through the season and they’re continueing it in September. Just wanted to clear that up :)

It definitely sounds like a fun time. I wouldn’t worry about moving to Florida. Once you find a good Filipino community, it’ll feel just like home, too. It’s like that here. Once in a while I attend a Filipino community get together just to make me feel at home. Just a week ago we had Zsa Zsa and Kuh sing here.
