Currently at Drea’s house with Rosa, Pochi, Nens, and Drea (duh). XD Hee, sleepover. Fun fun. They’re watching CSI right now, and we’re going to see Ju On 2 later to scare the shit out of ourselves. ;) This should be eventful. :P

So yeah. About the whole moving to NY thing, it’s not because of a job or whatever. We’re really migrating there. My aunt applied for my dad about 2 decades ago, so yeah. No one really wants to go, especially since life here in the Phils has been really great for us so far, but then again we don’t have much of a choice especially since my aunt spent so much just to get us to go there. *sigh*

My parents and my oldest brother leave for NY on May 21. We follow them in September. So basically, I have 6 months of summer vacation. ;) Fun.

The only thing I don’t like about it, however, is the fact that we have to completely start over from scratch. Seriously. That’s the thing that’s so fucked up ’cause here we are with a seemingly perfect life, and now we just have to go and leave it all behind. :-| So yeah, you guys decide whether or not it’s a good thing. *sigh* Oh well.

On to the good news… today was the final day of exams!! Yes! :D Am pretty pissed, though, because my goal this 4th quarter was to ace our assessment in math, but when I was 3 numbers from finishing the darned exam, we had to pass our papers, finished or not. Blegh. Stupid emergency assembly. *kicks* I’m just wishing that despite my not being able to finish the whole exam, my score is still perfect (meaning everything that I did get answered is correct).

Yes, I’m a math geek. Sue me. :D

So yeah. The HS Section Potluck will be held tomorrow, and there’s clearance and evaluations on Monday, and after that, it is officially summer vacation for us. :) Isn’t that just dandy? ;) Lol. We have to go to the province right after, though, so I’ll be gone in a week. Hmm.

I’m so proud of myself because after months of self-deprivation, not forgetting being broke, I finally got a new CD!!! :D Hehe. If Robbie’s natural high is by getting a piercing, mine is getting a new CD. Lol. Anyways, I managed to find Relient K’s CD, so yeah. Lol. I was saving the money I used for the CD for a The Used one, though, but yeah, whatever. XD Hee.

So yeah. Off to go sleep or watch Ju On 2 now. :P Later.

Well, hopefully you’ll like NY :) Some days I think it wouldn’t be so bad to just start over someplace else, with different people, but I’m not sure. I hate it when we have to pass in things when we aren’t finished…Once with a math test I didn’t know there was more questions on the back, so I took my time and thought I finished early. Then at the end I was rushing to get everything done.

    Have a good weekend!

You can’t really predict if it’ll be a great move or not. I had to move to Texas and uproot my life in the Philippines, too. All my friends and family are there [most of them], so it was difficult. I knew we had to someday though because it was going to be inevitable either way. I’m glad we did because I love it here. I still enjoy visiting the Philippines once in a while though. So basically, it’s all up to you on how you’re going to react to the move and how you’re going to treat it as. Well, take care!

Second, SILVERCHAIR LAYOUT?!?!?! So so hot. Wow…. I don’t think I’ve *ever* seen a silverchiar layout before. It’s so awesome.

Third, I love One Tree Hill too!

And Forth, the actual commenting on your blog. That’s gotta be really scary to pick and ove like that. Wow. You guys are brave for doing that. I don’t think most people could. Good luck. I hope it works out.

I hope Ju On 2 was good. I haven’t even seen the first one, just the Americanized verion “The Grudge” but I heard that Ju On was better.

So you gotta completely start over eh?? That sucks but who knows maybe you’ll like it even better in New York. Sucks leaving all of your friends behind though. I moved when I was 14 but luckily I’m still only a 4 hour drive away.

Wow your summer vacation starts after Monday? How come so early in the year? When I was in school we didnt have summer vacation til the end of june.

Ugh… I’m not gonna say I know how you feel, but I definitely know what it’s LIKE to pack up and leave your country behind and start over new - since I recently did the same from the USA to France. To deal, I had to tell myself that I was getting a chance that most people don’t get - a chance to start over. I seemed to have the perfect life in the USA too, but there is always something to say. It’s not easy, but you learn to cope. The most important thing to remember, is that you have the final say in your life. So even though you HAVE to go now, you DON’T have to stay forever.

Thanks for the encouraging words on my site. It made me feel better :)

PS, buying cds is definitely one of my highs :D

oh wow. i don’t exactly know what you’re coming from, but my aunt’s brother just immigrated to the US with his wife. and they had a hard time too. they were lucky enough that my aunt had a house and such all settled and ready for them too, because his wife was pregnant. look on the brightside, you’ll be in one of the well known states in the U.S. and congrats on finishing your exams! they suck. hehe.

I would love to move to New York. Well anywhere really, but I am quite content at my current house for now. Think of it as an adventure! Yeah, yeah…sure. The fact that you have 6 months off makes it even more nice.

I’m a math geek too. I got 100% on my last test. Yeah, I’ve been bragging to everyone. It was multiple choice, so really, I don’t see how you COULD have gotten anything less than 100%. Math is so easy here. I really cannot see how you could ever fail it. But some people manage it.

Hey Keng! I miss you sooooooo much! yay summer! Hehe. Well NY should sound great right? I’ve always wanted to migrate to the U.S….dunno why though. My life here is pretty good but I really just wanna break free and see the world you know? NY is actually at the top of my list then California follows. =P Ehehe. Well 6 months of summer doesn’t sound so bad. It’s because of the difference of the schoolyears right? I have this friend from abroad who transferred and she got it the other way around: 2 weeks of summer. Now isn’t that dandy? Well at least she’s having fun now. Hope we get to talk soon =). I’ve finally updated haha.
