Eh. Hectic week. Sorry for being gone too long and for not commenting back on a lot of people’s sites on time. -_-

As I mentioned in my previous post, I was supposed to attend another Sponge Cola gig last Saturday, but my plans were foiled when I was forced *coughT.Annacough* to attend a debate seminar in UP on that same day, and for 7-8 hours at that. The presence of Nens, Drea, Rosa, Sam, and Pochi made it bearable, though, and we made the best of our 1-hour break by buying CDs of a bunch of indie bands and books from the UP Shopping Center. ^^ Neat.

The first day of the high school intramurals was last Wednesday, and I had no other choice but to wear yellow, or else I couldn’t play. Lol. It was yellow vs. red, and we lost in the number of overall wins, but I must admit that it was pretty fun. Me and Rosa kept cheering (well, I shouted but whatever) for our team, even if we didn’t know who the heck was playing, and we were pretty amused at the performance of my younger brother. ;) I never knew my stomach area could hurt so badly because of him. XD

Training for the high school badminton team (which first consisted of only me, Nens, and Tricky, but Rosa and Drea have just joined this week) began a couple of weeks ago, mostly to prepare us for the upcoming GALs tournament which was supposed to start (for the badminton games, that is) on Feb.23. Yesterday morning, however, we found out that the games have been moved to Feb.5, which is tomorrow. Nerve-wrecked, the three of us (since the two joined late, they can’t compete in the GALs tournament) decided to make the most of our last training before the games, which was yesterday, and stayed at school practicing until about 7 in the evening. Blegh. The lunges that Dino made me do still hurt at this very moment. *sigh* We need all the luck we need, but then again, coach Dale and coach JF said that nothing is expected of us yet as its our first time to join, but it’ll be a great experience so that we will know how tough the competition will be in the coming years. So yeah. I’m just hoping my legs stop hurting. *crosses fingers*

So yeah, am off to return comments now. :) Later.

Have no idea what an ‘intramural’ is, but wearing yellow and shouting lots sounds good to me!

That’s one thing that I’ve always disliked about competing in sports - the extra training that you have to put in. LOL. Hop e your soreness goes away!
