Okay, so Converse should not have prepared for me, but for my mom. It was crazy. The sale, I mean. There were all these people already, at about 10:30 am, just 30 minutes after the mall opened! Seriously. They sold lots and lots of Converse stuff, alright, but not a single Chuck Taylor. That was a huuge letdown. We found out later that it was because the stock of Chucks are very limited. My mom spent a small fortune on that sale. Nearly PhP9,000. And all I managed to get was this pair of black jogging pants and a black shirt. Heh. But it was okay for me. I just wanted a black shirt. Lol. :P
So after the sale, we went around, finding Chucks for me and my brother Richard. He got that hi-cut Chuck with the flame design. For my shoes, though, we had to go to our one and only trusted Converse branch: the one in Ali Mall. We’re super frequent visitors there, it’s pretty weird that the people there still don’t recognize us that much (they were the ones that said about the limited stock of Chucks). Anyways, I got this pair that’s made of white leather with black stitches. It came with two different colors of shoelaces, and since I wear black/dark colors all the time, I decided to replace the white with the black because if it was white, my shoes would be too… white. Lol. And I’d look utterly stupid with very white shoes. ;)
Just went shopping the whole day Thursday. Hehe. Nothing productive done whatsoever. :D
Friday was fun. Drea got me the Enjoy Incubus CD from US since it isn’t available here. Thankies! *heart* And I changed places, so now, I sit with Drea, Sam, Janina, Pimpy, Kamille, and EJQ. Sweet. Spent a lot of time talking and laughing my ass off. Haha. ‘Twas fun.
After classes, me and Drea went back to her house so that she could get her cellphone, and we also played with her two cute dogs: Chocolate and Porscha. *squeals* They’re so adorable. :D Even if Chocolate’s lipstick was… er… uhm…
Okay, so we went to the mall afterwards and ate at McDo. After stuffing ourselves, we went to see if we could still get to see HP3 ’cause Drea still hadn’t seen it, but by the time we got upstairs, the movie had already started. So we decided to just find an internet café and stuff. Most of the time, we were just “talking” to each other with the help of the threaded comments in LJ, even if we were just sitting beside each other. Rofl. You guys should try it, it’s fun. ;)
So we went to Youth on Fire, then after that, we went to Starbucks then to go find a place where Drea could charge her phone’s battery. Hehe. Then she dropped me off at home. :P
Have I mentioned that she also lent me her Dashboard Confessional CDs? Well, she did. Lol. I’m loving their The Places You Have Come to Fear the Most album. :D Drea lent her latest DC CD to Janina, so I might get to borrow it by Monday. They should seriously sell all these CDs of good artists here. :|
Okay, Rosa, you should come here now! Me and Drea are just waiting for you to arrive before we launch an Alias marathon! Can’t wait! :D

I must be the only person in the world (or so it seems) that does not like, and has never liked Chucks or Converese…I have a friend who LOVES converse. She has an insane amount of them in every color and pattern..

Shopping is so fun! Those shoes are awesome, I agree with the black shoelaces thing, white shoelaces with that white of shoes just isn’t cool. haha You know, its very rare to see internet cafe’s around where I live. Here in North Carolina you have to be in a huge city to see them for the most part. I think it’d be pretty cool to hang out at one, just kinda relaxed and chill. Anyway, I suppose I’ll stop writing a book here, haha ;) <3
