Went shopping for school clothes yesterday. Went first to Megamall to buy some band shirts in Top40. After being denied an Incubus shirt for four times, I’ve finally managed to buy one! YES! I could’ve bought more, but the only design they had available was this lotus hand one. And they didn’t have any The Ataris shirts either, so I bought The Used and A Perfect Circle shirts instead. Happy days. :D Then we proceeded to Greenhills to buy some pants and stuff. My mom bought me five pairs and a Star Wars t-shirt with Darth Vader in it. Spiffy. I wanted to get the one of Episode II, but the size was too small. :/ Lol.

More shopping on Thursday, this time for shoes as Converse is having this huge sale from the 17th to the 20th. Nice. Chucks galore. And other stuff! Here at home, we’ve got Converse slippers, sandals, shoes, shorts, jogging pants, shirts and caps. We have ‘em all! Lmao. So yeah, I’m looking forward to that because I *heart* Converse. :D

Go visit Drea because she just came back from the US and has an amazing new layout to boot, Rosa because she has a wonderful new layout and she’s coming back to the Phils, Michelle for her break from pink layouts, Ellie for her pretty new SoCo layout, Sara for her new and organized layout, and Kiel for coming back from his hiatus. Lol. Go visit these lovely commenters as well: Cally Sara Drea Anna Rosa Ellie

P.S. Plugging commenters without the aid of a hack is HARD. Lmao.

edit: I have just come home from facing the same fate that Drea has; the evil that is National Bookstore. Lol. But still, shopping for school supplies is fun fun fun. Hee. I love new school supplies. ^^ And I want to add that my mom rocks! :D Hehe. Well, we were looking for the books that we needed for the schoolyear, and yesterday, my mom made us a deal that we’re going to be reading lots of books instead of wasting all our time in front of the computer. I told her I’d agree if she’s going to buy us the books suitable for our ages, so there. And while we were looking for the books I needed to buy (To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee and The Tales of Edgar Allan Poe), I saw George Orwell’s 1984. I refreshed my mom’s memory about the deal, and I asked her if she could buy it. She said yes, and that I could pick any book, as long as it’s a novel of some sort, so I came home with The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett, Lord of the Flies by William Golding, 1984 by George Orwell, and All-American Girl & Princess in Pink, the fifth installment in the Princess Diaries series, by Meg Cabot. Yay! I finally have new books to read! :D Hehe. And school’s on Wednesday! I can’t wait! :) I miss my old classmates…

editx2: AHA! I’ve gotten the hang of Custom Fields in WP1.2!! I RULE! Lmao. But yeah, I just had to edit how the <ul> and <li> tags in my blog looked via CSS, and I got it! Yay muchly for CSS. Such a lifesaver. Lol.
