Carlito
Meet Carlito, the transvestite donkeycorn of apartment 111. :)

One of my roomies, Rose, turned 21 last Sunday. I decided to give her a piñata as a birthday gift (although initially, it was just meant for entertainment purposes), and she ended up loving it him. Apparently, I conceived him in Mexico with no knowledge of who or what or if there is a father. How I even got to Mexico without knowing how to drive still baffles me, but OMG DETAILS LIKE THAT ARE NOT IMPORTANT. Rose keeps Carlito away from the bad mother (aka me) and the evil a-piñata-is-supposed-to-be-hit! plans of Wendy and Ruth, and spends a lot of time hanging out with him and eating candy from his butt.

Yeah, it’s always this lively in #111. XD

In less-weird news:

Kenji

I got a MacBook Pro! And I love it! :)

Also, BoardX (aka the only forum I’ll ever love/actively participate in, at least now that SonyPH has been dead for a while) is back! It’s a fresh new start, but it’s still filled with the same awesome, supportive (can definitely vouch for that <3) people who’ve made it great all these years. Go join if you never have or re-join if you still haven’t! ^_^

BoardX

Yay I updated! Haha.

@Joni: I went with matte. :) I went to the Apple Store with my older brother, and in all honesty, I couldn’t see much of a difference between the two screens?? Maybe I just didn’t know what to look at, lol. But yeah, my brother made me explain the difference between the two, and when he realized that matte meant anti-glare/reflective, he was all “Then you didn’t even have to come here anymore!” lol. But yeah. XD

Yay update! Welcome back to the e-world Kengsterrr. Hah, Carlito is a sexy name for a piñata! I wonder how long Carlito is going to be excreting yummy candy… Woo congratulations on your MBP! It looks darker than I thought though, do Americans have silver and black versions? Coz I swear yours looks black haha. And I’m curious as to what those programs are on the right end of your dock (the last four). Oh snaps, I haven’t logged in and posted into BoardX for a really long time, I don’t have the motivation to MB anymore :( Hope you’re doing fantastically well, darlin’!

@Ellie: Haha, actually, Ruth (my other roomie), hid Carlito, and Rose (who I gave him to) still hasn’t figured it out. XD I think he still has a lot of candy in him, though, so it might take a while. XP

You’re the 2nd person to say that my MBP looks dark! Maybe it’s cause of the sucky lighting in my room–I should try taking a picture of it on the kitchen counter where there’s bright lights everywhere. :P The last 4 programs on my dock, from the left, are: Smultron (text editor), CuteFTP for Mac (I’ve been using the Windows version since the beginning, so I didn’t want to let go, lol), Adium (multiple IMs in one), and iAntivirus (which I already uninstalled because apparently, antivirus programs actually make Macs more susceptible? I dunno, I’ll have to read up on it, haha). ^_^

But yeah, I’m the same with BoardX. Then JC moved to a new host and did a fresh reinstall, so I figured it’d be nice to start anew and try being active again. :P

Wow that’s a lovely pinata! It’s so cuuute! Hahaha.

Congrats on the Macbook, I’ve yet to witness its awesomeness.

It’s been a while since I’ve last been here. :D Hehe.
