Mama: What do you want to do when you graduate?
Me: Retire.
Heh.
I’m going to become a hermit on the English countryside with my handy dandy rice cooker one of these days, I tell you.
On a side note, it’s my parents’ 25th wedding anniversary today. :)

I could totally go a bit of retirement myself. :P

Good answer, lol! I’d love it if I could retire at this age. Sigh.
Happy anniversary to your folks!

Gah. Retirement at 19 does sound appealing at the moment.
Happy anniversary to your parents! :)

Who doesn’t want to retire. But you’ll probably think twice about retiring at that age because you’re probably only get $1 as opposed to retiring at the age of 60, you’ll get 2938423489080x times that amount! Hahahaha :P
Oh, and a very Happy Anniversary to your parents! 5 years and my parents will soon reach that far :D

That’s a wise answer! Nowadays, everyone’s asking, “What do you wanna be when you are older?! A doctor? Lawyer?” Same questions over and over again!
Congrats to your parents! (Hehe…in America, that’s a hard thing to do!)
(Psst…I love your site layout!)

Late reply, I know, but Happy Anniversary to your parents! Rofl, my parents asked me the same question a few weeks ago and all they got was a blissful blank stare. =)
Kimya Dawson was lovely. She’s such a quiet and mousey performer, you can’t help but lean forward to catch every little expression on her face. She’s very compelling. And oh my gawsh hun you passed up a free show?! Blasphemy! I’m a poor student, so I’m always where the free gigs are. ;D
Hope you’re doing well, darl’. Oh and I’m in Winter now… southern hemisphere remember? =D My winter break was 7 weeks… Summer break starts in mid November. Can’t waiiiiiiit!!

I agree with your life’s ambition. And I heart the English countryside. I want a cozy stone cottage covered in ivy. With a herding dog out front. And a duck pond in the back. Oo, and a big swing like the one in Pride and Prejudice.

Haha. My Dad just recently retired and it looks like such an enjoyable time of life.. but, without money, it would suck. S I guess I will have to wait.

Well, right now, I want to retire from school. Haha. I’m not really enjoying my college life.

Hello there! Happy anniversary to your parents. 25 years is already a very long time and that’s really nice. I hope they’ll have a longer and happier time together.
By the way, that quote is uber-funny. Srsly. =)) ♥

Hmm. Retirement seems fun after college, maybe backpacking somewhere too and finding that nice English countryside to read in. Maybe in London somewhere I can find Shakespeare and read his plays. Now that’d be fun. More books and no rice cooker…
Happy Anniversary to the folks :).
