On Lazy Comebacks

My youngest brother, Dominik, came to me yesterday telling me he had managed to solve one side of his 4×4x4 Rubik’s Cube:
LOLOLOLOLZ! He peeled off the stickers and stuck all the yellows to one side—totally made my day. XD
Anyhoo, hello! :] I haven’t bothered with this site in a while, so I figured it was high time to tell people whether I died because of some tragic mushroom poisoning or not—mind you, I didn’t. And I haven’t been putting random fungi in my mouth either. I’ve just been really really really lazy.
There’s a lot to tell, but I shan’t bore anyone (even me), with all that’s happened. A few highlights, though:
- I got a C in Accounting, so I’m retaking the class this semester, heh.
- I got addicted to Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock during Christmas break—Kuya Erik got it for his PS3. It’s pretty awesome. :D
- Kuya Erik got me an iPod touch for Christmas, which I named Kyouya after the VP in the manga/anime Ouran High School Host Club. <3 If you’re into these kinds of things and haven’t seen it yet, I say you’re missing out and demand that you go watch it right this instant. XD
- I saw one of my BFFs, Rosa, after 2 years. She came to visit, and we hung out in Orlando for a few days. I went to Disney World for the first time ever, haha. But yeah. ♥
- Rosa made me watch Hairspray, and I pretty much adored it to death. I managed to watch it an additional 5 times in 24 hours, too. And to think I never thought I’d appreciate any musical other than RENT. XD
- I’ve seen Juno 3 times now, and I still want to watch it again.
Class started on Jan. 7, and I’ve been pretty much in a lazy stupor since then—my roommate can attest to that. XD My classes haven’t been challenging in the past month, for the most part, although exams are coming up so I’m hopefully starting to get out of this rut. If not, I’ll be doomed, haha. But we’ll see. ;P
I’m not making much sense, ah well. So, tell me how you’ve been. :]

I saw Hairspray over Christmas and I really loved it. I love anything with James Marsden basically.

dude, disney world for the first time ever? how was it? awesome? yeah, it should be. especially because you were with a biffle! and, i think i’m the only one who hasn’t seen ‘juno’ yet… all my friends tell me i have to watch it, but i really think i can just wait until it comes out on DVD. :D
(ALSO, i normally wouldn’t have edited this at all, but that countdown thing is scary! it pressured me into it… as if i needed to write something. yeah, it can be intimidating)

You’re back! :O Yay! Lol, that’s probably how I would’ve solved my rubik’s cube, but I didn’t need to do that because I found a handy dandy rubik’s cube solver on the internet. ;D
I’ve been wanting to see Hairspray and Juno for… a while now, but I still haven’t gotten around to it. :(

Wow, a 4×4x4 Rubik’s Cube. I want a 4×4x4 Rubik’s too. :) I’ve managed to do the layers of a 3×3x3 Rubik’s but not that of a 4×4x4, so I wanna try it. :)

I could solve all sides when I was younger… (not sure if I still remember how… now). When I was in Grade 6, my good friend told me her method… She was always able to solve it less than 2 and half minutes. She was actually a “gifted student” and skipped 2 grades. Anyway, it always took me much longer - something like 10 minutes.

I know it’s been a really long time Keng, and I DO hope you remember me! But.. I can SWEAR that if we knew each other in real life we’d be really good friends. That’s so adorable of your brother! Makes me wish I had younger siblings so I can poke some hearty fun at them and be all silly and mushy.
I love Hairspray too.. I LOVED it.. Like.. LOVE. I went straight out, bought the DVD (I was watching a rented copy) and the soundtrack to go. I’m so in love with it. It’s in my iPod, I listen to it every single day and I watch it at least once a week now. What’s your favourite song?
I haven’t seen Juno yet. I know, shoot me, I know. =x Ellie’s been so busy these days and you know that when I got onto the Eenternetz, you were one of the first people I wanted to track down and reconnect with =D
Anyway.. I don’t want to make this some kind of essay-comment.. I just missed you Keng =) I’m hoping to buy a new domain and then hopefully nab someone who can install WP for me since I seem to have lost all knowledge of site coding. I’ll hit back! Soon!
